Dull little commercials

If you find the latest Apple ad, with its smug reference to "dull little boxes dutifully performing dull little tasks", you might like to have a look at this. And [ever so gently] snicker.

Yes... I must say I don't really understand why Apple want to advertise Intel. The chip is hardly what makes Apple computers different (better?). Do they think the average person is going to say "Oh good, Macs now have Intel chips, its OK to buy one"? Cute ad but strange marketing ploy.

Brilliant.

It is just a shame it is a MS BSOD and MS Beep.

Apple have gone for Intel CPU's as Motorola were just not cutting it anymore. Intel/AMD chip development is going ahead at a pretty fast rate with quad-core CPU's at 64 bit coming in the near future.
