Back from the dead
You might remember that we had that problem where users of Big Pond (and ISPs that used the Big Pond system) had trouble finding us? Well, on Friday afternoon we decided to fix it. Great fix! For the next two days, NOBODY could find us.
We're still trying to work out exactly what went wrong, but it had something to do with DNS servers as opposed to Web server entries. We'll see if we can isolate the exact cause during the week, so that if we ever have to shift servers again, we'll know what to look out for.

When I saw the site was down I assumed that you were changing servers .. dns propogation normally takes up to 72 hours when you change servers.
If you have cpanel on both sites, ask your host to move your site, takes a few minutes.

Nice to have you back. For a while, with all that talk about poverty and being flat broke, we thought that the worst may have happened. Especially after buying that expensive new piece of fruit. But then we read that you are thinking about buying a new Portege R200, so we just waited confidently for The Edge to appear again. Razor must be really filling the coffers!

If only it were so, Calamanthus. I haven't bought a new Mac for four years, and the R100 is two years old. I find if I turn them over regularly, the investment is just manageable.

You may be back on , But to get you I have to add Blog to the Blog's address The www.bleedingedge.com.au gets you to an error message still

It's still broken. As Maurio10 says, the redirect from your root page doesn't send you to the blog, AND your style sheet is missing:
The requested URL /blog/styles-site.css was not found on this server.
So the site looks really weird.
